Getting there

For those coming from the South:

The best way to get to the city of Leiria, when coming from south, is to follow the A1 highway towards “North” (Porto) or the A8 highway towards “North” (Aveiro) and take the first exit to “Leiria Sul.”

For those coming from the North:

The best way to get to the city of Leiria, coming from North, is to take the main A1 highway towards “South”(Lisboa) and take the “Leiria” exit, or alternatively, to follow highways A29 and A17, near the country’s coast, towards “South” (Lisboa) and take the exit “Leiria Sul. ”

For those coming from East/Spain:

If coming from east or from Spain, one can take the A23 highway towards Torres Novas, and then take the A1 highway to “North” (Porto), or alternatively, take the A25 highway towards Aveiro and then follow the A1 highway towards “South” (Lisboa).
